The Gospel Station had a big turn-out at the STRATFORD GOSPEL MUSIC CELEBRATION

Thanks to the Oklahoma Heritage Bank of Stratford, The Ministerial Alliance, all the local businesses who promoted the event, and the folks who grilled some delicious food!  It was a total joy to be at the Stratford High School Auditorium.  The sound was full and resonated the highest highs and lowest lows that the Kingsmen surely delivered, and every nuance of the rich harmonies of The Nelons in their accapella singing and powerfully-orchestrated anthems.  The seats were comfortable and what's better than an air conditioned auditorium ... out of the humid outdoors and possible bad weather? We thank God for making it all work together.

The Nelons.... The Kingsmen... raised the spirits of everyone there. Southern SONlight did many familiar Gospel sing a long songs as well as their originals, plus we heard great singing from local artists: Phil Parks, Amber Davis, Mike Russell of the World Mission Team, and the Gospel Station's own Mark Huitt. 

The evening was enjoyed by folks of all ages.  They all said how much they enjoyed the evening of the songs about hope and good news in Jesus. 

Everyone got a copy of the NEW hot-off-the-press GOSPEL MUSIC CONCERT SERIES magazine.  This full-color magazine has a listing of our upcoming Gospel Concerts in Oklahoma at Konawa (Aug 3), Seminole (Aug 15-16-17) and Yukon (Feb 2014).
