More than a dozen artists sang and played a variety of styles so there was something for everybody and each night, the crowds grew larger! August 18th, 2012, The Gospel Station Network conducted the Nationwide Gospel Talent Search contest. We had about 20 entries and the top 4 were our winners. 1st Place: April Davis - Ada, OK

4th Place: Aaron Brook - Newcastle, OK WE CONGRATULATE ALL THE 2012 WINNERS AND THANK -ALL- THE PARTICIPANTS IN THIS YEAR'S TALENT CONTEST. WE HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN!
The winners received trophies, cash prizes, studio time and even got to perform at Saturday night's Seminole Gospel Sing - in front of a packed house. The Gospel Station will post their announcement here on our website, as well as all our social network pages. | | | | IN CASE IT RAINS | Wewoka Woods Adventist Center has an auditorium that will accommodate a big crowd and is well able to provide an enjoyable concert experience. It's big, beautiful, with big video screens, big sound, elevated stage... and you'll enjoy it in the comfort of the indoors. No worry if it's rain or shine. You don't even have to bring your lawn chairs. Artist booths are in the lobby right as you come in. There are still concessions and restrooms for your ease and convenience and everything is on one floor. It's just a few miles from the Seminole Music Park. Here's how to get there:

KONAWA - Every year The Gospel Station hosts one of the biggest events in Southern Gospel outdoor singings..... the legendary all-night KONAWA OKLAHOMA GOSPEL SINGING. The event is still FREE! A love offering will be received to support our costs to put on this great event. We'll have artist booths, vendor booths, a silent auction at the Gospel Station booth, and the City of Konawa's water park and playground for the kids. Lots of great tasting food will be provided at the concession stand provided by the Konawa LIONS CLUB: Delicious charcoaled hamburgers and hotdogs cooked right there, plus soft drinks, chips, snow cones, and more goodies. Restroom facilities are right nearby so there's nothing but enjoyment of the music, and lots of convenience. ALL SEATING IS SHADED. and
Bring your lawn chair and some money for the concessions, the many vendor booths where you can buy the CDs that the singers will have available, the delicious food, and the offering for the concert.

Be sure to bring some "greenbacks" for the food and drinks, the vendor booths, our Gospel Station's Silent Auction (at Konawa), and a special love offering to help cover the expenses of the day and to keep The Gospel Station going strong! Come to the GOSPEL TALENT CONTEST too! (Friday night at Konawa, Saturday morning at Seminole) And if you need to book a room, get in on that one early because they fill up quickly.
